Our Initial Feedback On The Pre-Launch Card Details

The consumer lending and banking markets are much healthier than they have been in the past five years and this means that banks, lenders, credit card providers and credit unions are all likely to ramp up efforts to attract the best credit card consumers. This is great news! The Everyday card joins a super competitive rewards market that features some great credit card offers. This appears to be a great card for a number of reasons:

*Zero percent interest for the first 15 months for purchases
*No Annual Fee
*Rewards and points, with extra potential for high volume users (20 or more purchases each month)
*Fraud Protection with the EMV chip

The Everyday card looks like it is going to be a great fit for many card holders that want the perks of using an AMEX card without the certainty of having to pay off your balance in full each month. This card carries many of the same benefits that customers who have used the Costco AMEX rewards in the past are accustomed to. The early indications are that American Express will be rolling out a lot of marketing and advertising with this card offer, so stay tuned for additional coverage as we get closer to the official launch date.
